Mornington Breakers are excited to kick off our preparation for the 2025 VJBL season with our U12 and U14 New Player Try Outs! 💜

New Player Try Outs are for players that have not played VJBL before and are eligible for Under 12 or Under 14 selection only (born in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015) 🏀

Please note that players attending this session may or may not be invited to attend Breakers Try Outs.

Dates and Times:

👉 Phase 1: Friday September 6th
4pm – U12 Boys (2014 + 2015 Born)
5pm – U12 + U14 Girls
6pm – U14 Boys (2012 + 2013 Born)

❗️After Phase 1, you will be notified via email if your child is invited to Phase 2

👉 Phase 2: Friday September 13th
4pm – U12 Boys (2014 + 2015 Born)
5pm – U12 + U14 Girls
6pm – U14 Boys (2012 + 2013 Born)

❗️ After Phase 2, you will be notified via email if your child is invited to attend Phase 1 of Breakers Try Outs in October.

📍 Venue: Mornington Basketball Stadium (1051 Nepean Highway, Mornington)

There is no feedback provide to athletes if they are unsuccessful in progressing through to Phase 2 of New Player tryouts, or Phase 1 of Breakers tryouts.

Registrations for New Player Try Outs will close on Monday the 2nd of September at 5pm. We will not be accepting any late registrations.
